- We rent toys for children age 0 to 6.
- Login/Sign-up, Click Browse, Select your rental date via calendar located at TOP page, Click APPLY.
- Deliver on START date. Pick up on END date. Price changes accordingly.
- Enjoy discounts if you rent longer rental period.
- Free 2-way Shipping cum Handling if ordered $40 and above. Else $10 fees applies.
- Courier operates Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM (excl PH/Weekends).
- Courier arrival time (arranged by us) will be notify to hirer 1-2 days before the choosen dates.
- Service includes delivery, setup and pick-up when expires.
- We do not deliver to non-residential address, such as office building, restaurant, function rooms, etc
- All toys strictly assemble and dismantle by our staff, not for party use and kept indoors only.
- We temporarily do not accept party orders.

- Login or Create an Account
- Click Browse, Select Start and End date via calendar located at TOP page, then Click APPLY.
- Choose the Available toy, Add to Cart, Continue Shopping without changing the above dates.
- Redeem your reward points (if any) at Shopping Cart.
- Proceed Checkout, Continue until Submit.
- You should receive an email with all details almost immediately.
- Our staff will contact you 1-2 days before the DELIVERY as well as PICK-UP arrangement.

Q: 3. Courier arrival time arrangement

Delivery on Start date and Pick-up on End date chosen by hirer during ordering process.
Our operating hours 9AM-5PM, Mon-Fri (exclude Sat/Sun, Public Holiday).
Courier arrival time slot are allocated based on hirer's address, and the day's order.
We will notify hirer 1-2 days before arrival about the estimated time (2-hours time frame), so that hirer do not have to wait all day.
As we service customers island-wide, the allocated slot are usually not flexible to change.
Please try your best to accomodate to the slot given or let us know your plans as early as possible.

Q: What if given slot is not good?
A: Please advise the times to avoid, instead of the time you want. Based on this details, we will plan the routes of our truck to suit your timings. We will suggest other dates when necessary.

Q: 4. Damaged toys. Lost Parts.

Q: What happens when toys are damaged or parts lost during rental?
A: DO NOT repair it yourself. Please inform us about the damage. If we can fix it or repair it, you do not have to pay anything.
If damaged beyond repair, and parts can be purchase elsewhere, you will only be charge for the replacement parts.
If no replacement parts available, it is an important piece, then hirer are obligated to purchase the toy at retail price.

Example: A shape piece lost from a sorter toy, hirer are to purchase the toy at retail price because the sorter toy cannot function as per designed, without its shapes.
In contrast, Example a Spoon lost from a kitchen set, hirer will need to pay for 2 sets of matching fork and spoon pair (instead of just 1x spoon, unless found an exact match).

Conclusion: These are case by case basis. No one solution fits all. Speak to us, we will help all we can.

Q: 5. Extension of rental

A : 

Important notice: We are close from NOW till further notice. No orders will be taken during this period.

 
 
Please email us your new END date. Min extension is 7 days. Daily rate is as published on the website.
Extension can only be process from our end. 
We will check its availability and will reply if your request is successful.

Important note:
  #  If extend only partial orders (example full order has 2 items, only extend 1, pick-up 1) , no extra fees if extension meets min $40 above, else an additional $5 will be added into rental to cover the 2nd pick-up trip.

  #  If full order extension (meaning extend all items in the order), there is no min amount, no extra handling/shpping charges, because there is no need for extra trips. Just pay for the extra rental days as published on the website.

Q: 6: Party Order (1 day rental)

We are reviewing our party/event rental packages.
This service is NOT available now.

Important:
Do not rent any toys from this website for party/event use.
They are not designed for this purpose.
Assembly and dismantle of toys must be done strictly by our staff only.
TRW reserve the rights to cancel your order if found hirer attempts to breach this policy.

Q: 7. Refund / Exchange Policy?

What is your refund policy?
Generally, once the item is delivered, customer are not entitled for a refund. However, if the item delivered found to be faulty; or you are not getting the service you sign up for, please contact us admin@toyrentalworld.com. We will investigate your matter, and if necessary, we will compensate accordingly, and possible a full refund. (case basis)

My child didn't like the toy I rented for him, can I return early and get partial/full refund or exchange for another toy?
As mentioned above, once the item is delivered, unless faulty, customer are not entitled for a refund. However, you can return early (No refund). Or you can exchange for another toy. We must receive your exchange request within 24 hours from delivery. Additional $10 exchange fees applies regardless order amount. A top-up required for higher price differences and no refund available for lower price items exchanged. Please contact us for this arrangement.

Q: 8: Toy Hygiene, Cleanliness and Sanitation

Toy Rental World takes the health and safety of your children very seriously. Most hard toys will be disinfected using a suitable disinfectant (e.g Dettol), rinsed thoroughly with clean water, steamed (certain toy skip steam, e.g battery operated ones), dried and then shrink-wrapped. Cloth/Soft toys (e.g. Playmat, Play gym, Mobile, Seats) will be laundered in the washing machine, dried and shrink-wrapped.
Some careful parents clean & sanitize the toys themselves. That's fine too.
Some bigger items such Playhouse, Slides and certain odd shapes toy will not be shrink-wrapped.
Stretches and peeled off stickers might be visible as these are used products.
No toys are allowed to leave our warehouse without going thru sanitation process.

Q: 9. Technical Problem (Old Phone, Old Browser)

Website do not work well in Older model/Version of PC, Mac, Phone, and Browser.
Experience includes, Calendar did not respond / Dates not updated / Exited by itself / Slow surfing

Solution: Clear caches and try again. Or Switch browser such as FireFox/Chrome.
Best Solution: Use newer PC or Mac or Mobile Device.

Known compatibility problem listed below:
- Windows 7 , Use IE 9 and below.
- Windows XP , Use IE 9 and below.
- Iphone 4 and below  (including iphone 3GS)
- MAC OS X Snow Leopard Safari 5 and below
